Trained at The Boston Conservatory of Music in America, Geoff performed on the West End in London and then created the successful entertainment company with a heartfelt mission, Incognito Artists, in 2000 with his wife Simone Lanham.

After performing at the FA Cup Final at the Millennium Stadium in Wales in 2002, Geoff and Simone approached record labels in the UK and US and co-created the world’s first multi-platinum selling, pop-opera group, Amici Forever, signed to RCA Victor and Sony, which sold over 3.5 million albums worldwide and had two No.1 albums on the main pop charts. Amici Forever made the Billboard chart top #5 in the US, and enjoyed huge chart and popular success in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the US and the UK.

In 2008, Geoff and Simone launched their own record label, Sewell Music, and released Geoff’s debut solo album, Believe, which reached No.2 in the NZ album charts.  In 2009, they followed this with the launch of 'Geoff Sewell & Incognito Artists Live in Concert DVD' (where he toured NZ with five of his London-based Tenors and Divas), which went straight to No.1 in the main charts. In 2014, they released his second solo album, Live Love Sing!, which also went to No.2 in the charts, Geoff toured NZ with Dame Malvina Major, the Hamilton County Bluegrass Band, Hogsnort Rupert, the RNZ Air Force and RNZ Navy band, in a series of outdoor summer concerts. In May 2021 Geoff was supposed to tour NZ with BRAVO Amici but this was cancelled due to covid restrictions.  Instead he toured NZ singing with fellow Kiwis Jonathan Lemalu and Cameron Barclay, accompanied by Carl Doy and the Black Quartet.

Following on from the success of Amici forever, in 2010 Geoff and Simone created a new version of the group, presented by Incognito Artists, called BRAVO Amici, featuring Geoff and three or four other West End and Broadway stars from their Incognito Artists family.  Each year BRAVO Amici performs concerts in locations such as the USA, UK, China, Dubai, Turkey, Italy, Greece, Switzerland and/or NZ.

With Incognito Artists, Geoff sings for Royalty and A-list celebrities at illustrious venues around the world, for the sporting elite at hallowed sport grounds, and for all kinds of beautiful humans at weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events across the globe.

Geoff also performs as an MC for different types of events, and as a keynote inspirational speaker, sharing insights from his lived experience about the business of show and the healing power of music.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Victoria University in Wellington, and after three years working at the National Bank of NZ, Geoff went on to train at The Boston Conservatory of Music in America to follow his passion. Geoff performed on the West End in London while also working in finance at Saloman Smith Barney and in recruitment at Joslin Rowe and Robert Walters.  In 2000, he created the successful entertainment company, with a heartfelt mission, Incognito Artists, with his wife Simone Lanham.

Incognito Artists' headquarters is based in London, UK.  As musical alchemists their mission is to touch, move and inspire audiences so they’re present to the magic of being alive!  With a dedicated office team and employing only Stars in lead roles from the West End, Broadway and the world of opera, everyone who works at Incognito Artists is highly skilled, professional, fun, healthy and most importantly, lovely.

Since its inception, the company has gone from strength to strength with their desire to imagine, innovate and inspire. They are the OG surprise ‘singing waiters’ and flash mob disruptors in the UK and Europe, with extensive experience globally over the past 26 years. With an extraordinary talent pool, the scope of entertainment they provide is limitless.  E.g. in the winter playground of St.Moritz, over three days, Incognito Artists sprinkled glitter, love and their special brand of wholehearted transformational magic over a special 40th wedding anniversary, hosted by Geoff Sewell as MC, booking the legendary Andrea Bocelli as the headline act, with sizzling electric violins, a roaming acoustic band for atmosphere, and then BRAVO Amici got everyone up on their feet to close the 3-day event.  Anything is possible…

PHILANTHROPIST

Geoff has first-hand experience of dealing with Autism and Epilepsy, and continues to raise awareness and funds for these conditions using his profile and personal appearances.

Geoff and Simone set up The Geoff and Simone Sewell Charitable Trust (The Sewell Foundation) in 2008 in New Zealand to raise awareness and provide hope and information regarding early intervention to families dealing with Autism. The Foundation makes private donations to specific projects, practitioners and charities regarding biomedical intervention and behavioural therapy, to spread the relevant information to needy families, and doesn’t publicise their efforts, preferring to focus on where the money is needed, not gaining publicity.

Publishing royalties from 'Sienna's Song' on the Believe album, and ‘Heal Me’ on the Live, Love, Sing! album, both written by Simone, are specifically for The Sewell Foundation.

Alongside Geoff and Simone’s personal donations over the years, they’ve raised money for Autism in concerts performed by Amici Forever, Geoff Sewell, Incognito Artists and BRAVO Amici since 2006.

Geoff and Simone have fundraised for the Autism Trust UK (Simone is a Trustee on the Autism Trust UK Board), Thinking Autism UK and the National Autistic Society (UK and NZ).

Geoff has fundraised for the National Society of Epilepsy in the UK and raised £60,000 through his ‘Stars for Epilepsy’ concert series over three years.

Geoff is a Trustee for Make NZ Healthy.  Geoff and Simone are Ambassadors for the Mindd Foundation, for gut and mental health, in NZ and Australia.

With Incognito Artists, in his solo work, and personally, Geoff performs for and supports numerous charitable events worldwide.
